• 207,000 Syrian refugees registered in northern Iraq

• 60% are in urban areas without means of support• Biggest need: winterization kits• Phase 1: direct distribution of kits• Phase 2: vouchers to purchase needed clothing

• Data is collected in the field• Uploaded to central db when back in the office• Data can be aggregated and analyzed via Excel
