Introduction to FLY

▪ Group of companies Meridian Group is one of the leading and fastest growing OEM in Russia, India, Turkey, Europe and Middle East.

▪ The Group covers three brands (Fly, Kazam and Tough Shield) designed for various markets. The strategy of FLY is to produce low and mid price smartphones and offer significant bonuses to retailers. All smartphones are Android based.

▪ In 2Q14 FLY became the leading OEM in Russia and Ukraine with 16%-18% market share outpacing Samsung and Nokia.

▪ Launched in 2014 in Europe, Kazam is projected to become an important player in 2015.

▪ In June 2014 Fly became the leader in smartphone market in Russia, left behind Samsung.
