ADDING YOUR EMAIL

Begin by launching the app and logging

into your corporate gmail account

Immediately will run you through the

basics of how to use the app

Tap the CRM button, then tap Login Enter your Salesforce credentials, and tap allow so

that Immediately access to your SFDC data

LOGGING INTO SALESFORCE

Immediately’s primary navigation includes four sections:

Let’s take a look at a few of these sections

and how they improve your sales workflow

Emails by Opportunity

If an email is received that matches the contactemail for a Salesforce opportunity: deal size, close

quarter, and probability are displayed

Filter your emails by Opportunities

Filter emails to show ONLY the emails received from contacts associated with a Salesforce opportunity

Swipe Right on an email to see additional info/actions for that contact

You can also get these options andmore by tapping the cloud icon on the

top right of an email

Get useful information about the contact

Tapping the Info Button gives you contextualinformation about that person, account,

and opportunity (if applicable).

Log a call in Salesforce

Tapping the green phone button on a contactallows you to place a call. After the call is completed,

a pop-up appears allowing you to easily log thiscall in Salesforce

CONTACT DOSSIER

● Track when email is opened by recipient(s)

● Log an email automatically in Salesforce

● Easily send your calendar availability to a

recipient. The recipient can click on a time and the

meeting will automatically be added to both

calendars

● Add templated copy quickly when you’re on the go

● Create a reminder for follow ups

Easily see scheduled reminders, and reminders past due so you

know what you need to follow up on

Tap Opens to see all emails opened by recipients
