Roadio Quick Start Guides
How to keep track of your
pupils’ progress
Roadio allows you to grade your pupil’s progress and share it with
your pupil using the Lesson Record

You will grade your pupil’s performance for a particular lesson after that lesson took place

To start, tap on Lessons
This will display all past & future lessons you have booked

This will display the lesson details

This will display the pupil’s Lesson Record This is where you will grade your pupil

The Overview will display your pupil’s overall performance to date based on the scores you have given

Tap on This Lesson to grade your pupil on this particular lesson

Here you can grade how your pupil performed during this lesson on the different driving features e.g.: journey preparation, moving off, cockpit checks…

Tap on the feature you wish to grade Let’s pick Self Assessment

This will display a window where you can input grades for how well your pupil performed on Self Assessment

Just tap on the number of stars you wish to award

The grading is explained at the bottom

Tap OK when done grading

This is how your grade on Self Assessment will appear for that lesson

Go ahead and grade the rest of the features for that lesson

Tap Save when done grading then tap Back to get back to the main menu

Now go to Pupils in the main menu

Tap on the pupil you just graded

This displays the pupil’s profile

Tap on Lessons to display your pupil’s lessons
You are now looking at all of the lessons your pupil has booked with you

Same as before, you can also grade your pupil’s lessons from here
You are now looking at all of the lessons your pupil has booked with you

Great! Now you know how you can grade your pupil’s performance Tap Back to get back into your pupil’s profile
This displays the pupil’s profile

Tap on Driver’s Record
The Driver’s Record is where you can see an overview of your pupil’s performance based on your scores (Note: You cannot change the grades here in the Driver’s Record)

(This is what your pupil sees) When you finish grading, your pupil will instantly see your grades in the learner version of the app

(This is what your pupil sees) Your pupil can see his performance on each lesson and as a general overview to date

(This is what your pupil sees) Don’t worry, your pupil cannot make changes to the record
That’s it! Remember: You can either grade pupils in Lessons menu by selecting the lesson and updating the Lesson Record

Remember: Or you can first select your pupil in the Pupils menu and grade the lesson in their profile

Remember: In the Pupils profile you can also view your pupil’s overall performance to date using the Driver’s Record
