INTRODUCTION
Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2003. There were two dryer machines in starting. They were producing 2000 MT dehydrated onion products annually.
To fulfill customer demands, the company's production capacity was increased for dehydrated onions & powder to 6 MT & 10 MT per day respectively.
The company has increased its scope of production by starting production of various garlic products as well.
Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. supply its product into Germany, U.K., Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Netherlands,U.S.A., etc.,

They made segmentation on the basis of cities like Mahuva, Gondal. This is an easier way for the purpose of providing a smooth working organization.

In the company price is fixed by Managing Director and they also take vote of marketing and finance manager.
Their pricing method is as follow.
Purchasing price + cost of production + variable cost +profit = Selling Price.

also a successful organization having bright future. This unit is a profit making one & production is increasing gradually. The management of the company is well planned and very effective.

company earn a good return so if the company utilize that profit in most efficient manner it will work for the company.
In distribution the firm should be more emphasize to retailers
and whole sellers than salesman.
