event & concert promoters, venues,

TOUR BOX OFFICE CONTROL TICKET ZONE handles the complete under management of

ticket allocations for a tour on behalf of an event promoter.

managing inbound ticket sales, out-

bound sales, cross selling and up selling

of our Clients. TICKET ZONE complies

with the requirements of the Payment

Card Industry Data Security Standard

(PCI DSS). Our systems ring-fence the

resources required by each of our Clients

individually allowing us to provide a

bespoke and protected service.

OUR WHITE LABEL YOUR BOX OFFICEWe are able to provide Clients with

self-branded web sales pages backed by

the TICKET ZONE online sales engine.

This allows for a flexible and highly

bespoke offering tailored to each Client’s

requirement whether it’s e-ticketing,

hard tickets, general admission or seated

events. Our White Label enables third

parties to sell their own tickets as well

as allowing high street retailers and

media owners to sell ticket allocations

sourced by TICKET ZONE that match the

socio-demographic profile of the Client’s

own customers. Our White Label is fully

supported by the TICKET ZONE call

centre and management services team.

Perfect for live tours, events, festivals

and media owners with sizeable

consumer reach. Our White Label

customers include Strictly Come Dancing

Live, Disney on Ice, Dancing on Ice and

OUR API YOUR TICKETING SOFTWARE APPLICATIONThis service allows agents, affiliates

and re-sellers to access inventory

directly from the TICKET ZONE website

for re-sale via their own websites.

Most API’s handle single venues or small

groups of venues. The TICKET ZONE

API is fully independent and can offer

UK arena tours as well as fulfilling

more specific Client requirements.

Who is this service for?

Our API provides the tools for

webmasters and developers to build

ticketing software applications. We

have Clients such as Amazon Local and

Ingresso currently using this service.

TRADE DESKWe offer a Ticket Trade Desk service

where we can manage the ticket

distribution and accounting for tours

and events to the UK’s leading ticket

agents and media partners. The Ticket

Trade Desk allows promoters and

events to capitalise on audience reach,

greater event visibility and volume

based ticket sales.

CUSTOMER SERVICESOur specialist staff are trained to

handle all Customer Services areas.

We can serve as the point of contact

on behalf of our Clients via telephone

and email for all ticketing and venue

related enquiries. Our Customer

Services also handle payment queries,

disabled sales, complaints and sales

policy guidelines.

Who is this service for?

TICKET ZONE maintains a good track

record for handling major venues over

numerous years. We operate a “per

hour” charging model which is suited

to the majority of our Clients including

arena operators.

Communicating the nature of an auditorium or performance to a group

of people can be difficult but TICKET ZONE have an excellent communication system using their intranet and they are also PCI

compliant. But the main benefit of having an off-site service is not having to worry about

space or resources.

I would recommend TICKET ZONE to anyone that uses Tessitura.

TICKET FULFILMENTOur bespoke software system allows

us to provide a fulfilment service for

all forms of ticketing and additional

promotional items including permits,

wristbands, member packs and

merchandise. We also have the ability

to write our own software to integrate

seamlessly with the Client’s own system.
