The cheapest and least in demand region is ITV Border at just over £4. AUDIENCE COST The most expensive audience in 2014 was Men 16-34 at nearly £140 cost per thousand with ITV1. The reason being is this is the hardest audience to deliver on ITV1. The cheapest audience is always Adults as this is the base audience for all other audiences, it is also the most readily available as it covers everyone who watches TV, except for children. 2014 total audience cost per thousand When buying premium spots on ITV1 or peak on digital channels, you will almost always have to buy against a more targeted audience than Adults, such as HWCH, (housewives with children).
