Seeking “out of the box” social impact entrepreneurs & leading host & sponsor organizations, as key partners:

- We seek “out of the box” partners, for an “out of the box” idea of dramatic personal, social, economic and philanthropic impact. The

disruptive productivity and scope of this tech will disqualify 95%+ of prospective partners, who by self-proven best-practice, seek a 3 minute, "in the box" template of presentation and gating filters (traffic, cash flow or patents) that has consistently produced for them,

marginal or better gains, with minimal risk & change (the safe financial formula). However, this is not one of those cases. As you

should see in Phil's background, He is first to succeed in industries without market comparables that require re-engineering the future.

- The Future Reverse Re-Engineered: Out of the box thinkers realize that there are many more ways to reach any solution than

the best-practice path. Like NASA did when they were trying to reach the moon, if you start from the end and work backwards, you

increase the probability that you will find most of the paths that lead, in reverse, from the desired future to the current scenario –

e.g. The didn’t know that you didn’t know (like Sherlock Holmes). Therefore, this presentation is structured thusly.

KEY NOTE: Hosting personalized ads for paid research is not required to receive the majority of host benefits described herein. This includes

host content personalization, authentication of anonymous members, and follower (but not conflicting on-site sponsor/rights) monetization.

Page 3: The Holy Grail of Marketing, Security & Philanthropy for Humanity

SMRC and the Future of Dynamic Marketing & Digital Personifications: Replacing decade old ad-tech with the holy grail of on-line/mobile marketing that turns anonymous social activity research into social impact while protecting people’s identity.

We seek total contributions of up to $10 million dollars, based on a $3 million dev/infrastructure/mktg. budget (90 days to launch),

to insure the deliverables of a $10 billion cash flow, ‎including ‎$7+ billion to all causes, $2.6 billion in host publisher’s revenues, $50+

billion in sponsor economy, $430 million in profits, and $180 ‎million in founder’s profit-sharing, in the first nine months. In return,

our partners receive board roles, a total of 40% of the equity (45% Founder, 22% Preferred), a 35% ‎dividend & profit sharing (50% of

the $180 million year one, growing to $2.5 billion by year three) plus $30 million X 5 years to their causes, and the big benefits of

being a host and/or ‎sponsor. This is an optimized, diversified partnership offer - any changes will lower partner return ratios.‎

The Holy Grail of Marketing, Security & Philanthropy: The future of interactive Internet marketing is about (a) generating 100%

personalized advertising, (b) co-branded with social causes & identity security, (c) delivered through dynamic media (social,

website, newsletter, kiosk, store) that (d) pays the media publisher per impression at 3-10x the industry average, (e) to deliver an

incentivized, gamified ad-attention research game, (f) along with 100% personalizing each follower’s hosted or sponsored

experience (described below). To rapidly populate the service (g) hosts have a monetary and philanthropic incentive to invite

their followers, who while (h) protecting their identity and anonymity, (i) generates daily value for all of their anonymous

everyday social activity and hourly value for their sponsor paid attention research – (j) as donations to their favorite causes &

benefits of equal value; (k) creating an economy of goodwill and (l) a personal sense of self-worth and purpose in life.

* Market Target: Google, Yahoo, and Bing's current hosts (AdSense) and sponsors (AdWords). Competitive advantages: 3-10X

publisher revenues for hosts + $0.06+/invited follower/day in additional monetization; 100X+ more effective for sponsors.

* Audience: 10+ million member launch, to grow at 1 million/month through hosting incentives that drive follower invites.

* Profitable at launch from 10 million member profiles which include 2+ years of lifestyle analysis, charity profiles, and biometric

signatures; i.e. 2+ years of marketable data, from 10 million members (as anonymous in-depth patterns and anomalies).

* 90%+ of our content and research revenues are distributed as charity and cash-like benefits (credits). These redistributed revenues

create the incentive that drives host, follower, and sponsor interaction within the system. * Transparent, 95% automated design.

* Financial Justification: 1 in every 25 sponsors to acquire one qualified target lead/day for $0.10, 700-750 sponsors to launch (H12

and H13– H15 cells are related by conservative assumptions, on the 3 year projections: http://bitly.com/smrc3yrxls).

Players and Benefits:

* Sponsors: 100% Personalized Marketing /Paid Research: $0.10/Persona-qualified lead; notified to the Persona app (below), and

through ad publishing hosts. 100X+ more cost effective. 60% increased loyalty through cause marketing. Sponsors incentivize response

with $1-2 for 10 minutes of undivided attention to their promotion. Attention is facilitated w/ a "Where's Waldo/Trivial Pursuit-like" game,

which documents attention as research (29% more engagement; useful behavioral research and testimonials, not opinions or surveys) .

* Hosts: content personalization (dynamic newsletters), authenticated users (no bots), and content/follower monetization. Rates:

$0.06+/follower/day as charity +deductibles + $50/1000 web impressions – each 100% personalized w/2nd Persona notification.

* Members (followers) protect their identity, find new content through their Persona's search capabilities, generate $1+/day for

themselves and their causes for everyday social media interaction (to incentivize content creation for analysis) plus $5-10/hour for

research participation (as $1-2/10 minutes of ad attention). If they purchase from a sponsor, they receive 5% back for themselves

and their causes if they provide post-purchase research and testimonials. No purchase is required, just attention.

Persona(s): This service is based on an infrastructure of anonymous, autonomous intelligent agents (Personas) that serve as each

person’s trusted companion, guardian, guide and conscience for life. This Persona service protects people's identities (through

biometrics and lifestyle validation) while finding them new, socially qualified content, like an autonomous search engine. The

Persona's "search-and-publish" function transforms the market value of anonymous, authentic social interaction, content

monetization, and paid research into a sustainable social currency for people and their causes, while protecting their identity (see

Member Security below). All charities supported by each Persona are regularly monitored and rated for their social impact

* This is Personal A.I. with an individualized, socially-based conscience (eliminating terminator scenario), and endless memory, that starts with a two year scan of all authorized social media activity -- See the depth of SMRC’s biometrically secure profiling in our service overview (top of page 2), including every personality/feeling per topic, every influence, and all event/activity data.

* Member Security: Invited by influential social hosts and sponsors (millions per month from host's networks), followers will

feel secure opting in to create their persona, because once they register the social media they want monetized, their

biometric signatures will lockdown all their personal identity content; through typing, walking, voice, pressure and timing

patterns. Additionally, the mapping of their most common word sets (10-15+ sets), and knowing every detail of on-going use

creates a notification system against social media intrusion by noticing, and informing the member of pattern discrepancies.

SMRC’s Opportunities for Prospective Partners, and all other Parties w/ established Host, Sponsor, and/or Follower relations, to support, personalized social good with impact: Note: All hosts should turn any applicable R&D or service into a 501(c)3 as a deductible option for your followers (like G eneral Electric R&D).

Option 1A: Host - Invite other hosts, sponsors (celebrities, charities, businesses, social orgs, each with thousand's to million's of followers) and/or your followers to register, as their host at no cost. All host sites' daily activity is co-branded with each follower's charity profile; no purchase required; all site space can optionally offer SMRC's custom research games of attention to receive publishing revenues. No cost to host.

Host’s web and mobile interactives can be personalized to each follower's Persona's anonymous in-depth profile.

Hosts monetize all site feedback, and all followers' on-going Persona value (their social value @ a min. of $0.03/follower/day to host, and $0.60/day to follower, as donations/benefits). Host1 inviting host2 receives $0.44/host2-follower/year.

Hosts also monetize 4% of the $5-10/hr that each follower can receive for responding to personalized research.

Hosts also monetize their web real estate value through hosting advertising as custom research games (think AdSense), that's totally personalized to the follower's Persona (and qualifed to the sponsor), never competitive or conflictive, with a personal/philanthropic incentive, that will produce 10X the industry standard in publishing revenues ($30-50 CPM vs. industries $2.80), at $0.03-0.05 per custom impression (e.g. 50% of the $0.06-0.10 per anonymous Persona Sponsor cost to match and notify - see below).

See http://bitly.com/smrcp-hflyer (host flyer) for details.

Option 1B: Sponsor: Approach Agencies, Large Direct, Specialty and/or to Secure leads/sales for yourself or others:

Sponsors get ultra-qualified leads (sociallly validated, similar detail as for host) at $0.06-0.10/anonymous Persona profile per day (distributed for $0.06 [$0.03 to charity; $0.03 to Host] - $0.10 [$0.05 to charity; $0.05 to host]) delivered (1) dynamic media (web, mobile, kiosk), and/or (2) direct to the Persona app, guaranteeing the delivery of the custom ad for paid research, through 2 notifications.

Sponsors can create scripts that dynamically provide access in their presentations to each anoymous Persona via an API, to fully personalize their offerings. The research game that follows is based on attention and recall to trivial detail (Where's Waldo/Trivial Pursuit Mash theme).

Sponsors get loyalty and prospect reciprocity, by co-branding support for each person's favorite charity, with gamified attention-usage research ($1-2 avg. by size), in exchange for 10 min. of un-divided attention, no purchase required. Sponsors also offer 5% of purchase price for a post-purchase/experience review and $5-10 avg. for a testimonial (like cash-back for research w/ charitable receipt for consumer).

See http://bitly.com/smrcp-sflyer (sponsor flyer) and http://bitly.com/smrcp-smrt2c (PowerPoint) for details.

Option 2A: Partner & Board Role (equity contribution, PT board role) with Host/Sponsor options:

50% Profit Sharing based on percentage of Founder's equity, conservative projections of 8.6:1/year one, 66:1/year two, 500:1/year three, ends year five). Buy in $150k for two percent (2%) of the 30% Founder’s shares/40% Common/30% Preferred.

Board Role: Monthly meetings, remote meetings ok, and governance.

35% dividend on Founder’s shares.

Three times (3X) Pre-Launch Equity contribution for 5 years: Donations (to your charities) & equal value benefits (e.g. The value related to a $150k buy-in produces $450k for five years to your charity, and $450k in deductibles for five years).

Option to also be a host and/or sponsor:

At full rates of compensation for hosting (e.g. 4% of each follower's on-going social worth/$11+/year plus $0.03 per SMRC follower per day from custom games of attention).

For direct or agency marketers, at $0.06-0.10 per socially qualified prospect, co-branded with each prospect's charity, to offer attention games generating invaluable behavior research, goodwill, reciprocity & commerce.

Option 2B: Partner, Board Role & Salary (part time)

50% Profit Sharing based on percentage of Founder's equity, conservative projections of 8.6:1/year one, 66:1/year two, 500:1/year three, ends year five). $150k for two percent (2%) of the 30% Founder’s shares/40% Common/30% Preferred.

Board Role: Monthly meetings, remote meetings ok, and governance.

35% dividend on Founder’s shares.

Three times (3X) Pre-Launch Equity contribution for 5 years: Donations (your charities) & equal value benefits (see above).

Establish SMRC House Host Accounts: As a salaried spokesperson @ $100K+ annual salary, you'll receive a commission on new host accounts that you establish at a starting rate of 20% of the 4% host commission for house accounts. This is double the permanent rate of commission that is offered to other SMRC in-house partners and non-equity promoters (e.g. the standard rate of 10% of the 4% host commission). Furthermore, this rate will be variable from 20% to 40% (of the 4% host's commission) based on performance measured against the other SMRC partners and promoters.

Respectively, we feel that because of your unique relationships, that your role should only take 1 day per week (compared to our rep's 5 days), and compare productivity to secure the higher commissions by performance.

Option to also be a sponsor (securing leads that stimulate goodwill and sales for yourself or others):

For direct or agency marketers, at $0.06-0.10 per socially qualified prospect, co-branded with each prospect's charity, to offer attention games generating invaluable behavior research, goodwill, reciprocity & commerce.

BECOME A NO COST SMRC HOST:

Monetize your following without ads; look good doing it:

Have a large network? If you

convince them to register, we

monetize them for you and your

causes, equally, at a minimum

of $11/year, each. Followers

who sign up receive their

Persona -- an Intelligent Agent

app built from their social

media. This Persona provides

them new content, social guidance, identity theft protection,

and monetization for themselves and their causes. Per follower

you register, you receive 4% of their ongoing monetization at

a minimum of $0.03/registered follower/day (as

donations/deductibles). Multiply that by your network size,

and there's your potential. Find out more about members here.

No cost.

Get authenticated data on all your followers, at no cost:

Ever wanted to know everything about

your followers, without compromising

their identity? With the Persona's

security features -- which prevents even

SMRC from their contact information --

you can use the deep understanding of your follower's Persona

to get unprecedented insights into your anonymous follower's

likes, dislikes, environments, causes, influencers, and so much

more.

Additionally, registered followers biometrically authenticate

their identity; eliminating bots and bad data. No cost.

Highly personalize your interaction with your followers:

Now that you have no cost, valuable,

marketable data on of your followers, we

provide you an interface (API) which allows

you to personalize any content to your

followers, directly on your media and to their

Persona app (guaranteeing delivery). Now you can co-brand

with your follower's causes, and leverage their social

influencers, all while knowing that they are truly interested in

your content; driving more commerce for yourself and your

partners. You can personalize your content to any follower

who registers with you as their host, at no cost. To target

external members in our service, become a sponsor. It's

significantly cheaper, and has 6x the value as AdWords.

The highest quality ad publishing -- for social good:

Unlike our competitors (Google,

Yahoo, & Bing), publishing our

sponsor's offerings aren't ads at all;

they are incentivized, socially

qualified leads, co-branded with the

audience's favorite cause; driving

invasiveness down, while electrifying brand image and

loyalty, through custom cause marketing. No cost.

Receive the most in ad publishing revenues:

The industry average RPM (publisher

revenues per 1000 visitors, or Revenues

Per Mille) is $2.80. Ours is $30-50. How

is that possible? Because of the way we

distribute the advertising revenues, you

are guaranteed $0.03-0.05 per SMRC member who has

an ad served to them on your website. $0.03-0.05 x 1000

visitors is $30-50 RPM.

Even though we pay by impression, if the audience does

convert, they are incentivized to pay attention to the

promotion with incremental rewards of donations and

cash-like credits. This attention is facilitated through a

game and is documented for sponsors as research into the

effectiveness of their promotional stimuli. This awards

the audience (and their causes) an average of $1-2 per

game if they are able to answer all of the attention

gauging questions correctly; of which you receive 4% of

this value (avg. $0.04-0.08 in additional

monetization/game + the $0.03-0.05/impression). The

RPM is independent of your follower monetization

(mentioned first in this document), and is paid in cash,

rather than donations/deductible credits. No cost.

Full control over ad placement. Full mobile

compatibility.

While the subject pretty much says it

all; our dynamic, Open Source

interface (API) awards you the

flexibility to place ads on your site in

a way that best represents your brand.

In addition, these ads are completely mobile compatible,

no matter what the device (tablet, PC, mobile, etc.), and

are neither competitive nor conflictive with any other

monetization platform you currently use, because of

dynamic scripting. No cost.

Important: Follower monetization/personalization & ad publishing features are independent

services of each other. You are not required to use both services. This removes conflict of

interest for entities; where, because of president, have restricted ad publishing capabilities

(e.g. Ello, Wiki, SoundCloud).

1.) Discover Your Social Doppelgangers; Explore New Interests. Without revealing anyone’s identity.

Are you interested in Ferret Legging a.k.a. stuffing a ferret down your trousers? (it’s a real sport, look it up.) Well, you’re not alone: there is some-one else in the world just as unique as you! Look! They also happen to be into competitive worm charming, as well! (it’s real too, trust us.) Who knows? Maybe they might be able to introduce you to a new thing or two.

2.) Build Your ‘Persona’; Blow Open Your Existence.

We give you your own private, social media trending A.I. which finds you up to date information on all of your current and discovered interests. For instance, if you are talking about that especially wily marmot at last weeks showdown, we keep you informed with all the info you’d ever need about tam-ing that trouser demon.

3.) Have a Tough Decision to Make? Ask your Persona!

Wouldn’t it be convenient to have your own personal A.I. (like Jarvis in Iron Man) which can determine the potential outcomes of your queried social scenarios? How valuable would it be to know, without revealing anyone’s identity, what your friends, and society thought about stuffing rodents down their pants?

4.) Monetizing Your Voice for Humanity (and yourself):

Imagine taking the revenues from your social content, and instead of distribut-ing it to special interests and ourselves (like most companies do), we distribute it to you and your causes. Sounds pretty great, doesn’t it**?

In order to create sustainable impact through your “Persona,” we monetize any of your authorized, anonymous, public social content (from Facebook to hobby forums, and beyond) for your personal social causes, plus the equal amount in trade-able benefits, which are as good as cash*.

Heck, with this new found wealth, maybe you can save some poor ferrets from some suspecting trousers. Man, they have to hate that…

Where does the money come from? Please visit http://bit.ly/smrcflyer

*The purchase of the ability to promote to you

non-invasively, without revealing your identity, consequently monetizes your social content.

5.) Impact Society With Your Market Response.

Imagine a world where necessary evils weren’t a nuisance, but rather a stimulus for society. Instead of invasive, irrelevant

advertising, SMRC uses the same “search*” to find you sponsored

offers that are directly related to your interests; non-invasively published separately off page.

If you choose to respond, you can create significantly more impact

and benefits simply by playing a “where’s Waldo/trivial pursuit-like” game, which tests, and rewards your attention to the details of your environments.

6.) Intelligently Protect Your Social Identity:

Your private search patterns, and biometric encryption, will notify you when your identity is being compromised by noticing discrepancies in your interaction.

Rates of Social Monetization: As donations and equal rewards.

At $219+/yr. ($0.60/day) minimum from any of your authorized, public social media interaction/content. The more you communicate, the more social value you create. The sky’s the limit here.

Up to $15.00/hour at an average of $2.00/game.

At 5% total purchase value back on optional purchases from our sponsors after answering a Post-Purchase Review.

Invite Your Friends, Followers, and Colleagues to Create More Social Impact!

4% of invited follower’s total value** (minimum $10.95/year), while enabling them to monetize their voice for their causes.

At $0.438/yr. per invited follower’s invited follower to your impact and rewards. (4% of 4%. Know anyone big?)

**Total (100%) minimum value created daily is

$0.75/day from content alone, assuming no game participation, and little social interaction. 80% goes towards your causes, with 4% to host-ing rewards, and 8% to your gift-able charita-ble awards to your friend’s causes. Only 8% of total value goes to SMRC for service upkeep. 92% of all revenues go to charity.

Note: All 501(c)3 charities receiving funding are accountable for their social impact through our Social Impact Reports.

Strategic Success and Sustainability Analysis and Justification: Assessing strategic competitive success & sustainability factors as compared to risk factors for partner investments:

The reason the gating factors of traffic, cash flow or patents work and are a best-practice business pattern, is based on the fact that

90%+ of businesses without those factors (along with management & money) fail. As an Open Source based business, there are many

similarities in our cost, return and risk justification approach, to the strategy Phil used to introduce Open Source to IBM.

Consider what we are offering shown below. Then consider the rate of failure for companies that have these factors as compared to

the rate of success for companies that have these or similar factors. You'll likely find that companies with these factors have an

equal or higher rate of success than the balance of those partner investments with the factors of traffic, cash flow and/or patents:

(a) The Plan: We provide a plan for a very complex endeavor, boiled down to a simple explanation (2 sentences in our opening

paragraph) that 90%+ of prospective partners instantly recognize the value of. The rest of strategy, players, player benefits,

details, and problems are explained in a dozen bullet points that fit on one page (page 3). In addition, page 3 indirectly addresses

every known problem with projects that have somewhat similar features, by redesigning the future in reverse. This simplicity

produces mature use cases & best practice patterns, allowing for rapid coding/integration by any Open Source programmer.

(b) Member Acceptance (followers): Their acceptance comes from the provision of real value in security, monetization, guidance,

and philanthropic fulfillment rather than the current “free” service models (see Jaron Lanier’s argument). Additionally, SMRC

has immediate market credibility, because we are piggybacking off the brand value of our hosts, rather than having to build our

own brand, as well as regularly reporting the social impact of every social cause that by-invitation-only followers support.

(c) Host Acceptance & A Low Cost, Inorganic Growth/Marketing Strategy: Our prospective major traffic comes from offers that

have been very well received by major charitable hosts, who invite their members, and whose brand entices their followers to

register. This was sold on the host's ability to offer: (1) to protect people’s identity, (2) personalize each follower’s experience,

(3) anonymously authenticate follower activity (as real people, not bots), (4) create value for all their anonymous content, and

(5) generate immense follower insights/monetization (without invasive advertising, or any on-site advertising at all as required

by pre-existing precedent). Additionally, this reduces the need for future marketing management, as our marketing is primarily

done through hosts inviting other hosts/members/sponsors; incentivized by monetizing 4% of their invitee's total monetization.

See the host description at http://bit.ly/smrcp-hflyer. Note: This is easily upgraded as an internationalized version; based on the

world's leading content management system (Drupal).

(d) Sponsor Acceptance: For sponsors, our highly qualified lead generation is 1/250th the cost of the average B2C lead ($15 vs.

$0.10). Our gamified behavioral research, which also acts as an automated, dynamic media based sales engine -- costs the

sponsor $1-2, rather than the $25 average for a standard market research survey (1/12 the cost). Since these two services are

delivered in tandem, that's 1500x the cost efficiency for sponsors (250 x 12). See sponsor description at http://bit.ly/smrcp-sflyer.

(e) A clear, defined sponsor market: Since we are mainly targeting Google, Yahoo, and Bing's sponsors, we only need to find the

most popular keywords, and query them in their engine to find out which sponsors we are going to contact. See point (d).

(f) Open Source/Business Continuity: Rather than having access to only a handful of developers who understand proprietary

tech, we use Open Source tech, and have access to as many developers as there are in the communities that upkeep the

toolset for no cost. This also means we don't have to scramble to update our technology to keep up with external updates;

the community does this automatically, at low to no cost. This results in reducing our resourcing, design, development and

maintenance/upgrades costs and timing by 50%, absolute minimum (ask IBM), as compared to proprietary frameworks.

The proprietary configurations & extensions (of the Open Source infrastructure) are managed by service contracts under a

separate IC/IP company that INSURES business continuity, and provides assurance that all sub-licensing (of the open source

configurations) of the IC/IP (by the customer-facing company) includes a service & support contract (pay-as-you-go, never on

subscription) that will always be sustainable, and well received at the time of service. Note that most service contracts get too

costly (e.g. Are not sustainable) for the service provider under a subscription model as compared to the pay-as-you-go model –

especially if the product or service line is going through on-going change, because of retraining and higher cost personnel.

(g) Budget Insurance: Asking for 3.3x the budget for a very mature plan; based on proven behavioral research/technologies. We

are asking for $10 million based on a $3 million budget to insure our deliverables and to offset the worst of unforeseen

circumstances, that face every project, even with the best planning and management (i.e. a business 9/11/01).

(h) Collateral Options: See http://bit.ly/smrcp-invitation-zip2.

(i) Reduced Need for Management: 95% of this service is automated; maintained by the Open Source community (see point ‘f’);

future marketing management is automated (see point ‘c’); Business continuity guaranteed (see point ‘f’).

(j) Exit Strategy: Planned even before we began.
