An innovative new media has launched in Abu Dhabi.

Taxi’s will now be fitted with interactive touch screens.

Fitted in the passenger headrest of the vehicles this system will offer taxi passengers an engaging and

interactive experience.

Launched with 1,000 screens in August 2014.This number will continue to grow as new vehicles are introduced as part of the contracted replacement cycle

and the units are in all the allowable vehicles.

On average, a taxi journey in Abu Dhabi takes 22 minutes, giving your brand or

product a totally captive audience.

The Taxi Media interactive screen is linked to the taxi meter and only becomes active

when there are fare paying passengers onboard.

During the remainder of 2014, we will increase the number of screens to 3,000 in Abu Dhabi alone.

Other cities on the short term expansion plan are Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE and Doha in Qatar.

Taxi Media are also in discussions with partners in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
