Do we really need someone to tell us how to perfectly do a sit up or a push up? I don't think we do. Do we need a personal trainer to teach us the latest information on exercise like Tabata training and interval training burns fatter than steady state cardio.

People think about it all wrong. With the internet we can learn all we want about exercise, fitness and diet. So, that is not where a trainer’s true value lies, although that is what most people think.
