BIOMASS PELLETS FUELED Hot Water and Hot Air Generator
Pellet Bin: Sealed silo to prevent foreign material
and excess air from entering into the combustion chamber.
This is connected with a sealed automatic screw feed hopper
for smooth supply of pellets as per the requirements.
Maintenance: The combustion chamber as well
as heat exchanger area of Energy 1 systems can be easily
opened for routine inspection and maintenance by simply
opening the doors. Thus, Energy 1 systems enjoy longer life,
efficiency and ease of operations.
Exhaust & Exhaust Temperature: This design has
a separate blower at exhaust to remove the fuel gases and also
prevent generation of undue pressure inside the machine. It
also has three locations for adjusting the exhaust according to
the site conditions for allowing smooth discharge of
combustion gas.
An exhaust temperature sensor connected to the main control
ensures additional protection & safety.
Combustion: It has a very high quality ceramic
component material with high quality steel multi jet burners to
provide uniform & complete burning. It can withstand higher
temperature with full clean burning.
Ash removal: Energy system has a door that can
easily be opened for easy access for removing ash and cleaning.
Pellet feeding system: Unique two-feed motors to control the
feed speed and quantity of pellets. The controller has provision
for adjusting the speed as per heat requirement, size & quality
of pellets.
Safety: Energy 1 systems are user-friendly and
absolutely safe to use. The two-stage feeding prevents
backfire or reverse flame. When the fuel temperature rises
above safety level, the controller automatically cuts off the
electric supply and shuts down the machine.
Design: The horizontal transverse fire tube
structure provides best thermal efficiency, fast heating and
ease of maintenance as against the old traditional design
having less efficiency, difficult maintenance and shorter
product life.
Automation & Closed Controls: Energy 1 systems have a
digital controller for setting temperature, feed cycle,
auto ignition, flame retention mode, etc. Thus,
these machine systems require minimum manual
intervention and provide ease of operation.
Auto Ignition: Being solid fuel, Energy 1 has
developed an auto ignition system which doesn't require any
manual support. The system has controls for initial fuel feed
as well as ignition time setting and can provide continuous
feedback to main controls on the status of flame for making
the machine operational.
