FREDERICK TAYLOR• F.W. Taylor was associated with the theory of ‘SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT ‘Under

this theory he proposed a monetary reward system known as the Piece wage rate system

IMPLEMENTATION OF SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT • For many people PAY is the main motivator so Kellogg provides within the organization:1. Cash alternatives2. Buy and sell the holiday days3. Reward systems to increase productivity and profit4. Development of people (boost creativity and start up own projects within organization)

ABRAHAM MASLOWSELF-ACTUALIZATION – Kellogg’s provides employees with the opportunity to take on challenging and stimulating responsibilities.
