Welcome

A huge welcome gate with thematicset up was all set to welcome theinvitees

Colorful umbrellas were hungupside down to give the firstimpression of the color full event

The Team Ambuja was all set towelcome the guest with pride andhonor

Each and every team member wasfocused on welcoming the inviteesand ushering them to through theevent

Stall Games

1.BOW & ARROW

A stall game that was a hit …… through out the 3 towns. People never missed a single chance to shoot the arrow at the target.

Elders were seen directing the kids how to play the game and they also got involved to play.

Hitting the center of the target would win each player a prize

LAUGHING CLOWN

Kids game where in each kid was given 3 chance to through ball in the mouth of the laughing clown.

Any 2 hit would win the prize

Basket Toss

Game for kids and elders. Sitting on the chair the player had to throw ping pong balls in to the hanging bucket

Each player got 3 chance . On putting 2 balls they were awarded the prize.

A hard game to win most of the people practiced first and then took part in the game

WATER-SPLASH

Bottles were to be bowled out with the help of 2 balls.

Kids , elders lined to play this game . It made them fully engaged as to bowel down all the 9 bottles in 2 chance

Coconut-Shy

Aim and shoot the coconut so that they fall off the ring.

Coconut were placed on the ring base . One had to aim 3 rubber balls at it to make it fall off it.

A hard game for the kids but they didn’t let any chance go . All of them tried their hand on it to win it.

People were invited to shoot the coin in such a way that it lands in the hole of the plastic plate.

Trying their luck with the coin many had a good luck

Entertainment

The most popular and easy and exiting game the can game.

Throwing the ball at the can placed in a pyramid way, the person had 3 chances to break the pyramid.

All enjoyed it specially the elders.

On ground games

On ground games were organized for the groups

Males/ females/ and children's

All were made in to teams and made to compete with each other .

The tasks were surprising one and made the crowed laugh and stand on toes to view the team performing the task.

BOY they had real fun !!
