So what does that mean andhow does it effect you and your
own website?
The Way Most People Do It (less traffic)Trying to rank for: “we buy houses Birmingham” on home page
Traffic Potential: - 80-100 searches per month - Top 3 rankings get 92% of the traffic - Then we can assume that same home page *could* also rank well for 2-4 other keywords if it’s optimized right and some link building was done... totaling POTENTIAL TRAFFIC of about 200-300 visitors a month. NOT TOO BAD!
Then maybe you have another page or two aimed at ranking for a couple more keywordslike “stop foreclosure Birmingham”, etc... addinganother 50-75 potential visitors a month.
Convert 10% of that traffic to a leadand you’re at about 1 lead per day.
With 25-30 leads a month that you don’thave to share... how many of thosecan you turn into a deal per year?
3, 5, 10, 30?(x, lets say a $2,500 min profit... that’s a HUGE ROI)
Those numbers are assuming you’reranking in the TOP 3 of those search
terms in Google(in many markets it’ll take a bit more work to get to
top 3... Like Brittany... she applied the 3LPD training to get there)
My Way Of Doing It (MORE traffic)Trying to rank for: “we buy houses Birmingham” on home page

Then, have consistent blog posts thatare optimized for specific keywords. Nowthis alone could add an extra potentialtraffic of 1,000+/mo.

The more specific and targeted the phrase, the lower the potential traffic... BUT the easier to rank for and the MORE TARGETED the traffic will be.

People who have a higher chance of becoming a customer of yours sooner rather than later.
