Concentration of ore slurry should be controlled around 40% to improve the screening efficiency.Due to its high screening efficiency and excellent dehydration property, the liquidity of ore slurry can be unsatisfying, sowater pipes should be installed.
Electromagnetic vibration exciter and control cabinet should be prevented from water lest there be short circuit.Vibration exciter should be covered with rubber plate to avoid slurry invasion in which situation air gap may be blocked.
Check the condition of bolts at any time. Amperemeter cannot pass the maximum value. The current should be adjustedto 8-9A every two weeks.
