How To: Add a Hot Deal

To add a Member to Member Deal, go to Step 3 and click on Member to Member Deals

Then on Step 4, click on Add Member to Member Deal

Steps 5 & 6 will be the same

Step 1

Visit www.GrapevineChamber.org and click on Member Login

Step 2

Input Username and Password or click Forgot Username /

Password to retrieve it with the email on file with the Chamber

Step 3From the Dashboard, click on

Hot Deals under Shortcuts

Click Add Hot Deal

Step 4

To start your Hot Deal:

• Give it a Title describing your offer

• The Category will automatically be filled with your business category

• Include a Description of the offer, with full details that the consumer would need (please DO NOT copy and paste from a Word document)

• Add a Start and End Date for the offer (visible to the consumer)

Step 5

To continue your Hot Deal:

• If applicable, add your business’ logo/image

• Check the Contact information to make it is accurate as it pertains to the Hot Deal

• The Active Dates are when the Hot Deal will appear on the Chamber website

• After checking all information, click the Submit for Approval for the Chamber staff to review the Hot Deal
