DESCRIPTION
Without light, there is no color. Light gives an object color. Light that is reflected is what our eyes see. Objects have a natural color revealed by light. Red doesn't reflect the same under cloudy sky as noon sunlight. A high color rendering index (CRI) makes colors look like they really do. Quality lighting with high color rendering index makes a difference in viewing the foods you eat, objects you use and the appearance of skin. Consider commercial/industrial applications and the importance of accurate color rendering.
