Basic Banner Design Tips
Make use of Real Images
One of the foremost important thing are the images. Images speaks a volume about your banner. There is no use of picking up random images from Google. Rather, hire a photographer, otherwise, if you are a good photographer, you can click pictures on your own. While selecting the images, keep the audience in mind. It will appeal to the people more and your purpose will be successfully served.
Colours must be used in the right manner
It will be fun playing with colours while designing a banner. On the contrary, it can seriously go wrong, if the colour scheme does not go well with the theme of your banner and yes off course your targeted audience. Bright colours maybe eye-catching but it is always better to use subtle colours that may bring out the emotions and can be successful in engaging the audience to a larger extent.
Keep the Contact Information Somewhere at the Top
Generally banner stands have the contact information at the bottom which is sometimes not legible. As a matter of fact, try to position the contact details at the top making it more visible and readable.
Place Information as per the Use of Banner Stand
Keep the information as per use i.e. trade shows, using it at the entry way in your office, functions, events and shopping stores. Information must be used keeping the purpose and the target audience. Hence, information must be flexible.
