A call comes into your business

A customer calls your business, and your IVR captures the telephone number of the caller.

Your system conducts a lookup

Your system will conduct a lookup in your local database using the telephone number. If the number matches anexisting customer, your CRM will provide your existing profile to the agent. If the number does NOT match an existingrecord, your system will ask Next Caller for a profile.

Next Caller sends a profile to the agent

Next Caller locates the profile corresponding to that number in our own database, and sends it to your business viaour REST API or third-party applications. Depending on your existing system, this could be a screen pop to youragent, or an automatic population of your CRM.

Next Caller has the data your sales team needs

Your sales reps could sell more products if they had more information. Next Caller provides the data your reps needto increase sales conversions.
