Introduction

Premium Senses International Fairs are intended to provide a global platform of promotion to companies

dedicated to luxury and premium products and services. Companies who want to take advantage of the tools and structure we provide them to go abroad with adjusted costs thanks to our acting as a group in a private international commercial mission tailor made for their needs . It brings a very effective mix of services provided to a fair exhibitor together with support on commercial and promotional matters . The number of exhibitors is intentionally reduced so we can provide a very personalized and all included service. A perfect combination of local exhibitors offering the best in the country we are attending and the best and most exclusive brands and artists from abroad. All prepared with the maximum attention to the details. Culture , Good Taste , and the best for the Senses are the base of our innovative model. New Concept: We have developed a new concept where the interaction of the visitor with the Fair, its exhibitors , the entertainment and other participants is very high, a Fair to enjoy with all the Senses , to smell , admire , hear ,and live … a GIFT TO THE SENSES

International Organization

Premium Senses International Fairs have all the following common characteristics and structure:

They are all based on the premise of Thinking Globally and Acting Locally , we take advantage of an extense Network of Specialized professionals formed by a central marketing and sales headquarters in Barcelona which coordinates with local partners /directors of the fairs who handle and control all the day by day actions, both commercially and on a production basis. This generates important synergies at an international level helping to get the best from our Fairs . Local Partner /Directors are in charge of all the local exhibitors and sponsors and the international headquarters negotiate contracts for global sponsorships, partnerships or foreign exhibitors assisting several fairs. Our partners in all cases are companies dedicated to the marketing , promotion and organization of similar events for luxury , lifestyle and fashion. To assure their success they are very well connected to top public and private institutions.

Fair Structure

All Premium Senses International Fairs have equal structure and are composed of the following :

-Exhibitors Space: ( 50 - 60 exhibitors depending on venue) , there is only a maximum of 3 exhibitors from each sector . -Entertainment : The entertainment part normally consisting of Live Music and Live Dance. -Conferences : Top representatives from Luxury , Fashion , Gastronomy and Lifestyle cover most of the day. -Dinner with Show: To close the fair we enjoy of a Gala Dinner. -Tastes : The gastronomy section is fundamental , the visitors enjoying from very special tastes , caviar, cheese , chocolate.. Networking : We reserve a space of networking where the participants are motivated to share with others.

Support and Services Provided: -Marketing Research and assesment for the International venues we are present. -Logistic Support for their stands and material , either transporting it or providing it on location -Hospitality arrangements. -Special Travel Deals. -Support on arranging commercial meetings. -Merchandising and printing materials -Stand Personnel on location, stewardess, models. -Translators. -Search for business partners and distributors. -Commercial Meetings for companies searching to have agents or distributors in Abu Dhabi.

The privileged attendees at the Premium Senses Fair event will enjoy from very selected figures of Music and

dance.

Artists – Painting & Sculpture & Design Being surrounded by the best works of painters and sculptors of international stature. We will have both have art from the masters in our PSF Gallery and also enjoy of top modern artists, and interior designers , furniture designers and more.

All works will be put up for sale and enjoy a presentation of each of the individual artists involved.

Tastes Premium Senses Fair

The Tastings takes an important role in the event as we will delight visitors not only with the best gourmet products in exhibition but also their suppliers, leading national and international brands, whom will let us know with their tastes and explanations the art and essence or their food.

Tastings will be held throughout the whole day – Caviar, Seafood, drinks (tastings), Cheese, Chocolate. Non alcoholic Cocktail show and more.

Fashion Premium Senses Fair Fashion is represented by ultra –exclusive, unique prestigious brands innovative in their field.

We will conduct 4 fashion runways one casual wear, , sports wear complements, and a gala fashion wear .

The fashion sector will also feature the Evening Fashion Network; an event within the show already has been successful in other cities aimed at networking for fashion professionals.

The Guests of Premium Senses Fair

The visitor will be chosen thoroughly, not only for the organization but also for the exhibitors will have the opportunity to invite their most valued customers.

We will be honoured with the attendance of royalty, polititians, businessmen, executives and people involved in the sector of lifestyle, fashion & luxury industry and of high economic/social relevance. 2,500 Guests will be invited. There will be 1 day open to the public which will have to pay a considerable entrance fee to assist. And these shall be convened by the organization via direct, communication agencies, in press before the event, through elite social clubs, business associations, national and foreign investors, diplomatic community as well as the hotel's clientele. Target: - Highly or very highly affluent person, demanding in taste and passionate for exclusive experiences, products, and services. Well known of best the market has to offer - Age Group: Most predominant 35-60 years old. - Education: Most predominantly with superior education, and international minded.

Standard Exhibitor’s Spaces costs A total of 30-50 spaces for the exhibitors, each ones being an outstanding representative of its class and not competing with any other exhibitor present. Features Stands (Spaces /prices per fair) - Exhibiting Vitrine 1,5m x 1,5m : 1,500 Eur (10) - Bronze spaces 2,0m x 2,5 m: 2,500 Eur (20) - Silver spaces 3,0m x 3,0 m: 3,000 Eur (15) - Gold spaces 4,0m x 4,0 m: 5,000 Eur (10) - Platinum 5,0m x 7,0m: 8,000 Eur (4) included within the price of the stand (space): - 2 tickets access for attending the dinner. - Possibility to buy 4 more dinner tickets with 25% discount. - Discounts on professional video reports. Conditions of Employment in exhibition spaces: - Mounting & Dismounting: Information will be given to you. - Exhibitors are needed to bring their furniture and facilities, as the reserved spaces are empty. Upon request the organization can provide furniture for the exhibitor, which will be outsourced and budgeted separately. - Advance payment of 50% of the total amount for the stand on reserve - Remain payment of the stand will need being paid one month before the fair.

Sponsorship Silver – 20,000 Euro ( 6 sponsors max ) per fair , include : - Presented and announced by the Directors of the Fair at side events and presentations. - Photocall - Sponsor’s banner/logo to the home page of the official website of the Fair. 180 x 150 - Sponsor’s name will be included and listed in printed material (posters, flyers…), media press releases - Online Lifestyle Magazines, and Online Social Networking Communities . ,,advertising the fair. - 30 Tickets to the fair to invite VIPs, clients, or friends. - 2 VIP passes at half price (includes all): Fair, dinner show activities, tastings, access to the VIP area.

Sponsorship Gold – 25.000 Euro per fair , includes - Major mention in written and media interviews at radio / TV - Photocall - Strong presence on the Internet and our website. Banners in website 180 x 150 - Sponsors mention in interviews, press, media, and online. - Merchandising promotional material in our Welcome bag - Feature Video and coverage on Tv - Graphic Presence, Roll Ups, Posters in the Fair. - 40 Entry Tickets . - 2 included VIP Passes, and possibility to purchase 10 additional with 20% discount.
