What makes a healthy relationship?

A healthy relationship is when you both can show understanding and have freedom to speak for what they believe in.

You don’t abuse one another or take advantage

He or she enjoy spending time with one or another

Always helping them with whatever is needed is very important

Communicating with each other is key to a good relationship

Respect for your friend or partner is important

What makes an unhealthy relationship?

Constant fighting, yelling and arguing is a not a healthy relationship.

Physical abuse is utmost unhealthy

Cheating, ignoring, discrimination

Not helpful or don’t want to spend time with one or another.

Not caring about what he or she wants or needs.

Being disrespectful to each other

How can we create better relationships and stop bullying.

Treat your friend or partner how he or she treats you so they can understand you if you want to be treated better.

Go to counselling if you want a better relationship. Sometimes things can be sorted out through talking.

Build up a team of friends or followers that want to help you with it.

Make time for each other or don’t hangout with a bully

Make sure that you aren’t doing something mean to them so you aren’t equally as bad.
