History Background Of Korea

 The Republic of Korea in the South has a democratic government, while the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the North is ruled by a Communist regime.

• Houses are built in a closed square form to retain heat better. In the central regions.

• Sungjosin, Samshinhalmi believed by people that there are different kinds of gods related to the house of each enrollment.

• The shapes of Hanok differ regionally.

Materials • Hanok have their own tile

roofs called (Giwa)

• wooden beams and stone-block construction

• Cheoma is the edge of Hanok's curvy roofs.

• Lengths of the Cheoma can be adjusted to control the amount of sunlight that enters the house.

Hanji is lubricated with bean oil making it waterproof and polished. Windows and doors made with Hanji are beautiful and breathable.

Conclusion

Even though Korean houses are still old and traditional, they’re trying to developed over the years by combining traditional forms with modern technology to have a better surrounding and keep on having the tradition
