Carry your bags, don’t let them carry you!

For awhile we might do without handbags (and some ladies believe they canalways do without them!) but oddly enough not very long could be managed sansthem. Why? You’d ask now. So here is the answer- because clothes might beirreplaceable but the confidence that comes alongside a handbag can’t be.

“I want my handbags and my shoes to be stylish but I want to make sure they areversatile. I travel and I have to make sure the pieces I put into my bag can go witha dress or with short or jeans”, quoted the tennis ace star Maria Sharapova. Wecan’t agree more. You can learn a lot about trying to make an outfit work but if it isnot for you, no amount of hard work can make it work for you. But the same is notwith handbags. The subtlety of knowing leather and fur and what they apparentlybecome are not rocket science rather fashion sense.

They say a woman looks pretty when she knows how to carry the dress she’d puton, even prettier when she’s truly passionate about the tiniest details about herhandbag, ring, gloves and talks. You might be laughed upon if you walk into thestreet wearing a 60’s look but always be looked upon if you might do the samewith a 60’s handbag. That is the irony, woman!

Like every other girl and an ardent dreamer I would usually go to thebazaar not tobuy bags but quotes about them and I’d say to my mother, “…one day and I wouldhave bags instead.” The quotes haven’t been replaced from the ceiling yet though.

Yeah, one brand you can always be presumptuous about is Alexander McQueenbecause it never lets you down. Whether it’s clutch, shoulder or totes; never getsboring. Legend, calf leather legend, legend medium shopper, grain Calf smalllegend and heroine are the bags that women proudly flaunt. Well they aresomething to die for. Angelina Jolie, Ashley Greene and Sofia Vergara wouldprefer them over any other shallow bridge.

Versace goes a step ahead and chooses his muses equally fairly to present thewow-wonders to the world- Greek bags, palazzo bags, signature bags, Vanitas bags,shoulder bags, top handle, clutch bags and tote bags. On the other hand bags byValentino such as Rockstud, native couture, mini chain and so forth make you lookreally ‘large’. Funny that is.
