Where it is?

• Fiordland is in the far southwestern corner South Island and much of the region is inaccessible by road. The township of Te Anau is considered the gateway to the park.

A movie that was filmed there

• Lord of the rings was filmed in one of the earyares location was South of Rivendell Anduin River and Dead Marshells.

Here a some birds

• Flightless Parrot• Nocturnal Kakapo • Mohua or so known as the Yellow headed bird

and penguins.
