These are made in most areas that grow grain.They differ in product as well as quality.
Broadly, they can be classified as Malt whisky and Grain whisky. Single malt whisky is made from a unique grain type.
They are not mixed with other grains. They are also aged in a single cask.
When it comes to single malt, theyare prepared from a range of grains,each contributing their taste to thedrink.
One such drink is made from the Agaveplant. The honey-flavored plaThe juice isderived from blue agaves. It is also popularlyknown that tequila is derived from Agave.
Blended malt whisky is very popularamong people looking for a variation intaste. These are made from whiskiesprepared in two or more distilleries.
Whisky is also identified by the countries in whichthey are manufactured. When you visit a whiskyshop, you may see different brands of bottlesavailable n the shelf.
The term blended clearly states that it was a mix ofwhiskies. These are more difficult to make. Derivingwhisky and blending them in the right proportiontakes much skill and expertise.
