Have Better Talent Planning

• Your TM should know how (basically backward planning based on your ELD’s semester’s goal).

• Enable your TM to have more strategic roles: mindset, data. Ensure your VPTM to read global TM newsletter and attend webinars to understand and implement T planning.

• Remind your VP TM to Consider Team Minimum and Productivity goal in the Talent planning.

• Create easy guideline and tracker• Create a reward and recognition system(e.g.

putting it into national award criteria) for LCs to implement TXP evolution strategies.

• Utilize physical and virtual national touch-points for entity education: conferences and webinars;
