How is the Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award
positioned?
The biggest asset your organisation has is its people; the biggest
asset they have is their health and wellbeing so it makes good
business sense for you to look after it
Key principles:
Look after your people and your people will look after your
business.
Your organisation is in the best position to succeed if the
health and wellbeing of your people is taken seriously.
Healthy, happy staff are more engaged, productive and
motivated.
