Whether  on  executive,  creative  or  personal  level,  

working  with  a  coach  can  help  to  strengthen  or  

maximize  the  resources  that  the  person  has  and  

could  still  get  more  out.  We  all  have  desires,  goals,  

challenges  to  face  by  our  position,  dreams  that  we  

not  even  dare  to  ask  aloud.  The  coaching  process  

focused  on  solutions,  is  a  model  to  enable  the  

person  to  achieve  their  goals  through  access  to  

deep  knowledge  and  a  better  organization  of

themselves.  After  more  than  a  decade  working  in

the  creative  field,  it  is  our  desire  to

THE  LEADER  GYM

The  manager  of  today  is  facing  a  constantly  

changing  environment,  and  the  need  to  direct  and  

accompany  his  team  of  people  on  the  way  to  

achieving  specific  goals.  A  new  style  of  leadership  

is  required.  Within  the  field  of  Positive  

Psychology,  in  the  last  two  decades  it  has  been  

studied the  direct  impact  that  wellbeing  and  positive  emotions  have  in  people  in  areas  like  

work  engagement,  resilience,  motivation,  and  

even  productivity  and  achieving concrete  and  tangible  results.  In  the  same  way  the  body  is

theatre,  and  tools  used  in  high  profile

Joaquin  Perles.  Founder  of  the  company.  His  education  (MIT,  IE  

Business  School,  Complutense  Univ.),  and  his  unique  experience  

(Global  HR  Manager,  actor,  coach,  director),  make  him  a  very  

qualified  and  different  profesional  for  talent  development.    

Carlos  Guillen  is  a  Doctor  of  Medicine  and  Surgery  and  

Professor  of  Work  Psychology  at  the  University  of  Cadiz.  

Currently  is  Rector  of  University  New  Atlantica  in  Lisbon.  

Manuel  Galan  has  a  doctorate  in  Chemical  Engineering  since  

1980  and  he  has  been  professor  of  the  same  subject  at the University  of  Cadiz  (Spain)  since  1990.

Fran  Gómez  is  a  Doctor  of  Project  Planning,  Master  in  Local  

Economic  Development  from  London  School  of  Economics  and  

Political  Science  Management.    She  is  an  expert  in  competence  

development.  

Miguel  Cruz  has  been  working  for  more  than  fifteen  years  in  the  

Spanish  TV  and  Film  industry.  He  recently  relocated  to  Los  

Angeles  where  he  is  also  Chair  of  diversity  of  the  prestitgious  

Fullbright  Association.

This  seminar  is  designed  for
