SUBJECT Sarah has missed 2 metrics for the past 3
months NIT target is goal is (none interaction time in
between calls) Adherence (being available for calls
according to workforce schedule) Target is goal is 88.0% actual adherence for the month 74%
TARGET Sarah will have to take ownership, review
and add any areas of improvement that I may have overlooked
EMOTION Sarah will need to express motivation and be
eager to put plan into action
PERCEPTION Sarah will need to weigh her options and
what she thinks will be the best fit to get her closer to her goals.
PLAN
Sarah will need to identify behaviors that might be keeping her from her performance goals.ex: going over breaks, being late and keeping members on hold for long periods of time.
PACE
Weekly 15 min. one on ones to discuss progress and address any difficulties Sarah might be having.
