Soft spoken, humble, and a god fearing Christian.

Life is not always a bed of roses…

Had no athletic scholarship going into college

Constantly on the receiving end of racial taunts

Out of college, and leading to draft day…

Who will give me an opportunity?

A lesson in Perseverance

Kept working at his game: Practice, practice, practice

Eventually waived by team after first season

Picked up by another team but was waived without being given the chance to play
