A good leader gets down and dirty with his or her troops…A good
leader leads by example!
She lead by example
and cooked and
cleaned for the
dwarves even though
she did not
necessarily have to.
Lesson 1: Lead by Example
Mulan is introduced into a
man's world and changed
the whole picture. She
created a valuable change
in all its followers towards a
change in mentality.
A good leader is one who knows how to transform
himself/herself to change his/her environment…A good leader
sets the bar for change management.
Lesson 2: Be a Change Leader
She knew what she want and
was prepared to stand up for
herself. She was a balance of
strength and compassion. Her
caring nature is evident when
she removes judgment and
accepts the Beast for who he is.
A good leaders judges situations, not people.
Lesson 2: Avoid Judgement
She was kind to
everyone, even the
smallest of creatures,
and even those who
weren´t kind back to
her.
A good leader always finds a balance; a good leader has to be
strong, but not rude; kind, but not weak; bold, but not bullying.
Lesson 4: Find Balance
The princess of the
Indian tribe in danger
of being conquered by
the English, used her
leadership skills to
bring two worlds
together.
In the heat of controversy, a good leader must take both sides
and look for compromise.
Lesson 5: Be an Influential Leader
She was motivated by fear,
and also was motivated by
love. Almost every decision
she made come down to one
of those two things, and she
choose love over fear.
A good leader does not see any challenge too big to handle…for
a good leader, every problem is an opportunity for greater
achievement.
Lesson 6: Avoid your comfort zone
Maleficent showed us that
there’s two sides to every
story. While Sleeping Beauty
portrayed Maleficent as
wicked and evil, Maleficent
did a role reversal and
showed the king as evil.
Be willing to listen to others and be teachable ...you´re not
right about everything…nobody is!
Lesson 7: Learn continuously
