“Now is the time to take a whole new look at employee engagement and retention.”

Di tahun 2015 ini, akan menjadi tantangan bagi Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia untuk mampu mengatur strategi didalam mempertahankan “the good people” didalam organisasinya. Dari beberapa hasil survey yang telah dilakukan oleh pakar SDM global, sekarang waktunya bagi management untuk stop berbicara tentang survei engagement karyawan tahunan, dan mengambil waktu sejenak untuk berdiskusi tentang bagaimana organisasi ini mulai membangun organisasi yang penuh dengan orang-orang yang memiliki “passion” dan mengembangkan Talent Management yang terintegrasi dengan baik didalam organisasinya.

INTRODUCTION

Di tahun 2015 ini juga kita melihat bahwa masalah yang dihadapi bukanlah kekurangan orang, tetapi justru yang sulit didapatkan adalah “orang-orang yang memiliki ketrampilan dan bakat khusus” yang dibutuhkan dan ini justru merupakan kunci bagi keberhasilan organisasi.

Menambah tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan, perusahaan di era saat ini juga perlu melakukan “re-engagement” dengan para tenaga kerja yang dimiliki saat ini. Lembaga International Gallup dalam sebuah survey menyebutkan bahwa hanya 20% dari para tenaga kerja yang “happy” dengan pekerjaannya.

Beberapa top level management juga mengkhawatirkan adanya gap yang cukup jauh dalam hal leadership dari para first-liner dan second-liner dalam manajemen, sehingga pengembangan leadership juga merupakan suatu kebutuhan.

INTRODUCTION

Salah satu cara untuk membangun “passion” didalam organisasi adalah dengan menempatkan orang yang tepat. Setiap perusahaan memiliki kultur yang unik; hal ini membuat anda perlu merekrut orang yang tepat yang percaya dengan apa yang anda dan perusahaan kerjakan, dan sesuai dengan lingkungan dan budaya perusahaan.

Jika anda mengalami tingkat “turnover” yang tinggi, bisa jadi bukan hanya “management issue” saja yang bermasalah, tetapi bisa jadi karena proses recruitmentnya yang juga bermasalah.

Assessment Bakat Level 1 :Strength Typologi dirancang secara inovatif sebagai sebuah management tools atau model asesmen yang mudah dimengerti, prosesnya cepat dan terintegrasi. Sebagai sebuah inovasi baru, tentunya diharapkan agar dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai komplemen penting untuk Individual Discovery yang erat kaitannya dengan job performance, untuk membangun tim, penempatan dan pengembangan karyawan, career planning, manajemen kinerja dan manajemen talenta. Di samping itu, Strenght Typologi dapat digunakan untuk pemahaman lebih lanjut atas 34 tema bakat yang dikembang oleh Gallup dan juga untuk bahan bagi wawancara pekerjaan.

Strength Typlogi terdiri dari 30 (tiga puluh) buah tipologi manusia produktif, yang pertama kali diperkenalkan pada bulan Juni 2010 Pada Strength Typologi, 99 klaster pada Strengths Cluster kemudian dikelompokkan kembali ke dalam 30 buah tipe yang kemudian disebuat sebagai 30 Strength Typologi.

Alat ini memiliki keunggulan dalam hal ketepatan, kecepatan, kelengkapan, mudah dimengerti dan dapat bersinergi dengan asesmen Talents Mapping yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya (2005).

• Assessment lanjutan yang bersifat Strength Based Approach

• Program asesment memerlukan waktu sekitar 30 menit untuk Talents Mapping serta 30 menit untuk Personal Strengths Statement.

• TM-Profiling juga merupakan Executive Report yang diberikan sebagai laporan bagi organisasi/perusahaan.

Domi A. Pardomuan, CWM – Born in Pontianak, on May 1978. Previously, he was a incharged for Contract Performance & Vendor Quality Assurance in PT Excelcomindo Pratama, Tbk, one of the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia. After his investment experiences, he was lead to take his career in the Financial Services Industry, and he was become a manager in PT MaeSa Consulting Indonesia, a Company which specializing in Wealth Management and Private Banking Consultancy services. After several achievement in the company, he was promoted with several acknowledgement from Manager to Assistant Vice President, then to Vice President, and his last position in the company was Senior Vice President and Head of Client Relationship Management. He experienced in delivering consultancy and trainer in various industry. Now he is the Head of Corporate Business in Talent Resources Indonesia

Yudi Cahyadipura, SE Aff.WM – Born in Tasikmalaya, on February 1984. He started his career as Telkomsel Personal Representative in West Java regional office. He used to be part of the Trainer of Ananda Production in 2004. He became the Operational Manager of Wira Tour & Travel in 2005 before decided to take an opportunity to Financial Services Industry. His career in Banking is extensively increasing, starting from Relationship Officer in Bank Bukopin, Mortgage Specialist in Bank UOB Buana, Senior Relationship Officer in OCBC NISP, and his last position was the Sales Supervisor in BNI Syariah. He is also take responsibility as the Director of Triple A Outbound and Training Program and Director of PT Jejak Hasanah. His passion in training and development lead him to become a consultant in PT MaeSa Consulting Indonesia. His career as the manager in the company gives him more knowledge about consultancy and learning and development business, specially in Private Banking and Wealth Management. Now, he is the Career & Talent Development Specialist in Talent Resources Indonesia.

PROFILE TEAM KONSULTANBresman Simatupang, Skom – Born in Jakarta, on October 1974. He started his professional career in Bank Mandiri, Tbk in 2003 in Consumer Loan Division as Executive Sales where he had awarded as the best achievement sales in the same year. In 2004, he moved to Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk under the Self-Employee Mass Market (SEMM) where he held position as Unit Manager in Klender, then in 2005 he was assigned to handle Cileungsi. During his career in Bank Danamon, he had received many awards starting from the best Super Elite Club Gold & Diamond in 2007, Super Elite Club Platinum in 2008, and the Best Profit Unit in 2008. On June 2008, he was promoted as Flying Unit Manager (FUM) in Bogor Cluster, where as in 2009, his cluster had been acknowledge as the best cluster for improvement among all region within Jakarta. And in 2010, as the best cluster for achievement in Jakarta. In March 2011, he joined Bank Mega as Deputy Regional Manager SME. In October 2011, he moved to Bank Mayapada as Deputy Head Division Mayapada Mitra Usaha (MMU). In June to September 2013, he joined with QNB Kesawan Bank, as Small Business Banking Head. In December 2013, he take another offering as National Business Head in Lima Rachmat Sejahtera to develop 2 company, which are Koperasi LiMa Garuda and LiMa Ventura. He also had various acknowledgement as a speaker in financial industry events, including event from ILO and Kementrian Olah Raga dan Pemuda RI. Doddy Sylviadi, SM, Hk, MBA – Born in Bandung on 1962 and he grew up in the big city of Jakarta. His first career as professional started immediately after he finished his school in the late 1980 as an insurance agent in one of the top insurance company at that moment. His career in insurance industry had led him to become executives in 3 Insurance Companies in Indonesia.While working, he finished his educational degree in law study back in 1985, continued with his Master in Business Administration in 1992. Numerous trainings in marketing, technology and human resources development had become his part of personal growth, not just in Indonesia, but also in Singapore, Hongkong, Japan, Switzerland, and United States. Eventhough the insurance industry is a tough industry when talking about people development, he had never hijacked his team and colleagues when moved to another company, because he has a wisdom thought that “as long as people can keep his sanity, he will make it no matter how”. That principal, each business unit and coorporation which he led always had a significant boost in their performance. In 2006, he decided to end his executive career, stop becoming an employee and starts his passion to become a micropreneur. Ever since, he is now an independent consultant in Financial Industry, IT and People Development in several companies. Doddy is now Partner of Talent Resources Indonesia

She had actively involved in consultancy services in Rumah Perlindungan Sosial Anak (Kemensos), and actively contributed her writings and ideas in psychology columns in Bintang Indonesia Tabloid.
