We in Gyalizo prefer not to put this thought on lifeless management metrics, because it is not practical and authentic. Instead, it
can be a progressive navigation towards growing relationship - with customers, employees, vendors, investors, or anyone we

CEO PROFILE
Arun M Viswanath started his career from a ground level andgone leaps and bounds to become the CEO of Gyalizo KE. Heplayed varied roles in his career from Steward, insuranceagent, Merchandiser, Sales Leader heading Regions, sharetrader, portfolio manager, to mentor and trainer.
In spite of initial failures in entrepreneurship, Arun evolvedhimself as an Opportunity Builder and entrepreneur byleveraging lessons learnt in life and the hurdles he faced inhis career.
His out-of-box thinking and passion to empower has helpedmany individuals and corporate to transform theirLeadership capabilities to greater heights and thus becomingeffective producers of Growth and Productivity.
He possesses hands-on experience in Training, Consulting,Assessment Practice, Sales, Production, IT and CapitalMarket.
Prior to Gyalizo, Arun was in the Founding Team of a startupcompany promoted by Mahindra & Mahindra and HDFC .
Nagarjuna Cherukuri has over 11 years of experience in IT
and manufacturing industry across geographies. An expert
strategist and operations manager, he has helped to turn
around projects, teams and organizations varying in size,
complexity and culture. An alumnus of Anna University and
University of Oxford, he has gained valuable insights into
innovation strategy as well as key disruptive changes during
his time spent at University of Oxford.
Indranil Saha, in his diverse career, spanning over geographies
and industries, has built and led business units. For each
business unit managed, he has provided strategic, financial
and operating expertise to deliver strong earnings and
sustained revenue streams. An advanced course alumnus of
IIM-Indore, he possesses a multi-disciplinary education across
Finance, Strategy and Marketing complemented by never
ending Entrepreneurial zeal. Being member of multiple BoDs
of dynamic organisations, enables him to fathom a “Larger
Picture vision” and a wide space to contribute.
Priscilla Joseph is an experienced and empathetic People
Manager. As an active player in NGO space, she played a pivotal
role in developing interactive training modules for people working
in HIV/AIDS interventions as part of AIDS Prevention and Control
projects. A Master’s Degree holder in English Literature, she has
extensive experience in training people on Behavioral
Management and Business Communication in association with
British Council and Cambridge University.
Santhosh Sebastian began his career in Customer Service and in a span of
24 years, has operated in diverse industries such as logistics, IT , Real
Estate and Training in various roles and responsibilities . Before assuming
the position of Board Member in Gyalizo KE, he was functioning as
Director – International Sales, for a global relocation company. Due to
his deep understanding about the process - from a client perspective – he
is considered as an authority in the industries he has worked. Though a
thorough-bred hands on operational personality due to his passion to
develop his down line, he has evolved as an authentic out-come based
trainer.
Mohan Sadasivan is a veteran with more than 20 years of corporate
experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Media and Travel industries.
An advanced course from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies
and a thorough hands-on experience in Sales Management, has enabled
him to excel both in Thought Leadership and Execution Leadership
functions. His passion to empower people, has transformed him into an
expert trainer in both traditional structured organizations as well as
cross functional startup environment.
Arian Joseph has over 16 years of experience in Consumer Goods,
Telecom and Insurance industry and that has gained him expertise
in sales and operations. An expert in building relationships, he has
worked across a spectrum of client hierarchy to develop length and
breadth of channel management. He was instrumental in
conducting various types of coaching and development programs to
improve the productivity of internal staff.
