One of the largest group of companies dealing in manufacturing of

chemicals.

The company is around 70 years old and located in remote location

with regional language as its operating base.

Client has encountered the crisis situation with change in market

scenario where they lost the biggest customer along with key

executives.

We were invited to identify and develop internal Change Agents at

the shop floor supervisory level consisting of 140 supervisors.

In consultation with client we designed 4 days comprehensive

package.

The roll out of the same had to take place in batches.

The focus was to cover following themes;

• Examine and identify the value base

• Communication pattern / Road blocks / Gate ways

• Self awareness and self belief

• Leadership role

The intervention led to generate Ownership, Pride, Synergy and

Commitment.

This got reflected in following data;

• 5% of the target group took over the managerial role within 6

months

• 25% of the target group took over the next level with enlarged

role and responsibilities

• 1% of the target group accepted to voluntarily retire and they

set up their own business
