A medical billing service provider company in India at very low cost

rate.

Client realized the need of culture shift from the top down to

develop a high-performing team environment. The long-term

strategy incorporated measurements that would assess progress as

various initiatives were rolled out.

In partnership with the client we then proposed to design and roll

out the talent engagement initiative.

to supplement classroom curriculum on high-performing teams.

Over a two-year period, we worked with more than 400 employees

of their organization spread across four locations. In a customized

program that had a seven hour schedule. We proposed to do the

workshops on weekends as to not disrupt their operations.
