1.Hierarchical Execution With Smaller Teams : Providing each one an opportunity to create expertise on the Capability and its applicability

2.Continuous Evaluation & Enhancements : Running the Program multiple times with different teams (view-points) gives us an opportunity to work on comprehensive feedback and bringing the program to real maturity
