What is DiSC?●The DiSC is a simple but elegant model used to describe human
behavior.
●Unlike usual personality tests about who you are as a person, DiSC teaches you your strengths and weaknesses as a leader.
●After taking the assessment, participants are split into one of four personality types.
You will now participate in DiSC.
