Optimize the profitability of freight costs, establishing patterns cargo. Obtaining a reduction of $ 0.12 per box MxP.
Redesign the lay out of the warehouse the plant of finished product getting 300 m² for storage of finished product. I got
recognition nationally by Coca Cola of Mexico (KOF) as warehouses plant model by good application and monitoring
of good manufacturing practices and quality systems.
