DESCRIPTION

Delivering major business change requires either the commitment or compliance of people inside that organisation. In an average organisation the level of commitment following a change is only 25%. So, how can you engage people’s efforts in new organisational goals; making all voices count and practically contribute to delivering the best possible change solutions? This webinar focuses on three key questions of major relevance to change leaders: 1. Understand how engagement creates motivation to change and drives commitment to new ways of working 2. Consider how leadership and followership must co-join to improve change track record 3. Recognise the main components and delivery mechanisms of a powerful engagement process
