Health and Personality

Personality Style Personality is formed from cultural, social, and situational factors, and inherited by genetic endowment. When I went back to Wayne State University for the second time I consulted with two Career Psychologists and hired a Dr. of Social Psychology in charge of research at University of Michigan to determine my next educational and career goals. Here are a few things that we know about me.

• Myers-Briggs type indicator - ENFJ • Big 5 dimensions - Conscientiousness • Orientation type - A and B (risk adverse) • Leadership style - Task and Relationship • Majoritarian and Pluralistic Rule Management

I am Catholic, but I respect everyone's beliefs; from a social psychological prospective, those things thought to be true. As long as it builds and does not destroy,

creates well, and respects life. We differentiate ourselves by education, material wealth, social status etc. Each person is valuable regardless for the fact that everyone has a Creator. So in my mind you all are special! Ok.

The rents signed me up at the YMCA when I was 8. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle I hit the gym 5 days a week. Do not smoke, drink, or do drugs, because I like to stay healthy and be competent at all times. I do not watch television, no time for it. Information today is ubiquitous. I keep informed from my smart phone, laptop, and sometimes I just put my iPad on the treadmill at the gym and read while doing cardio.

Sporting Experiences I Have

• Swimming • Horsemanship • Ice skating • Racquetball

• Karate • Wrestling • Boxing • Baseball

Additional Personality Characteristics Personality Profile My personality is warm, empathetic, responsive, and responsible. I am highly attuned to the emotions, needs, and motivations of others. I find potential in all people, and wish to help in fulfillment of their best potential. I act as a catalyst for individual and group growth. I am loyal, responsive to praise and criticism. I am sociable, and facilitate others in a group and provide inspiring leadership. I am charismatic and can motivate others with my phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship. I can see things holistically and my focus can be expansive. I am able to master a number of responsibilities and projects simultaneously with strong entrepreneurial ability. My motives can be resilient. I can be organized and decisive, although I do take into consideration feelings about people when my motives are concluded. I appreciate people, “we need each other”, neglecting myself and own needs for the needs of others. I have less psychological boundaries and cognitive biases than most people and capable of handling burdens when the others cannot. I can find a positive aspect in even the most beggarly situations. My mentality is an open door policy; all are always welcome to my office regardless of my own circumstances. I fully accept someone's interruptions to attend his or her needs. Work Style I prefer working with people as part of a group or team, or with one other person, I enjoy helping others. Learning Environment I prefer a practical learning environment; I learn by doing and mostly prefer short-term training. I seek training to achieve specific goals and skills. However I am fully competent and excel in an academic environment and can learn by lectures, books, and am dedicated to knowledge for its own sake. Leadership Style I am fully confident and comfortable taking charge and motivating others, I enjoy initiating the action, and express opinions easily. I believe in “both” strong advocacy and inquiry. Risk-Taking/Adventure I am risk-averse I dislike adventure and risk-taking; I prefer to play it safe although I fully understand in business one must sometimes take risks to gain profits. The safety of all always comes first in all my decision-making. Functional Analysis Extroversion is a rational function to me and I am predisposed to closure in matters pertaining to people and in their behalf. I prefer face-to-face relationship and communication. I have strong introverted intuition and a clear perception of the inner unconscious. This dynamic intuition helps me navigate through completing projects and get them perfect. I continuously search for newer and better solutions to help the organization and people. I can manage details especially to implement a prevailing vision; my thinking is complex and enigmatic.

These are discoveries by the research team of career psychologists and social psychologist I hired and consulted with.
