My Efficiency Program (MEP) 8 HABITS OF A STAR EMPLOYEE Habit 1 – I am punctual. Punctuality is the essence of Business. I am always conscious of time and targets. Habit 2 – I do my home-work – daily, weekly & monthly. Time is most precious resource – a lot more can be achieved if I do my homework before-hand. I will plan, prioritise & organise my work – it helps get work done a lot more, and a lot faster. Habit 3 – I am a check lists person. For all things we repeatedly do, it is good to have checklists. It ensures important things are not left out. It ensures that, I do not miss out anything. Habit 4 – I am a committed and strong Team Player. I know that as a team, a lot more can be achieved. I have to be a strong team player – mission of the team comes first. I am proudly aligned to Vision of my company. Habit 5 – I am a Self-Starter – a perpetual solution finder. I would like to be like Rowan, on whom the most difficult task can be entrusted. Either I finish the work or find a way & resources to finish the work. I will make no excuses whatsoever. Habit 6 – I am an early riser and I exercise daily. Physical and mental fitness go hand in hand. Rising early gives me time to plan the day and do physical exercise. With daily exercise, I have a head start that keeps me energised through the day. Habit 7 – I always carry a notebook and a pen. We tend to forget a lot of things that we commit to memory. I always note down tasks coming to me in the notebook that I always carry with me. This way I never miss anything important. Habit 8 - I work with focus and concentration - one work at a time. There are too many distractions that prevent us to do real work. Focus and concentration is essential for timely and quality work and helps me work through the clutter and noise of the day. Habit 1 – I am punctual.

Punctuality is the essence of Business. I am always conscious of time and targets.
