Follow my 3 steps
Dominating colleagues can make your office time, a hell on earth.
So address such situations early itself.
KEEP CALM,
LOOK THEM IN
THE EYES,
and SMILE.
ASK THEM
QUESTIONS
NO
IMMEDIATE
REACTION
Keep Calm. Look them in
the eyes and Smile
This technique works
most of the time
because
as you look in their
eyes and Smile
they get the feeling
that something is
Wrong.
As you are not
reacting to
their tone or words
you get the control of
the situation, not they.
Ask them questions
Bossy people are in some state of mind.
Breakthrough that state of mind by
asking them questions.
My favourite question is, " Can you please
tell me EXACTLY what you want ? "
(Stress on the word EXACTLY.)
Most bossy people
can't tell EXACTLY what
THEY WANT.
You are the WINNER as
you knocked them OUT
of the Bossy STATE.
No Immediate Reaction
If the co-worker is being bossy to make fun of you,
then not reacting them immediately, helps.
SLOW reaction annoys bossy people but at the
same time you are gaining the control of the
situation.
You Can Control Your Emotions.
Others May Disturb But You Control.
Control the Situation,
not People.
Choose to Be HappyThan RIGHT.
