Women of ALPFA LeadersProvides a variety of leadership development programs exclusively focused on women professionals, mid-level managersand executives.

High Performing LeadershipThis program is a 2-½ day intense leadership development program, designed and executed through a Hispanic cultural lens,where participants are challenged by the content, the instructors and each other. We explore the importance of IQ and EQ and theneed to have both.

Executive PresenceThis training is comprised of six core modules, customized according to requirements. Participants learn to express vision andideas with passion and confidence, read non-verbal signals, build positive relationships and listen effectively, and command aroom, build authority.

Collective (Team) Performance3 different sets of programs: Performance Suite; Performance LEAP and Performance University - 10 topic-specific modules to becustomized depending on client's needs.

Transforming Managers Into Extraordinary LeadersThis practical and experiential hands-on Academia is tailored to address leadership development needs through a series ofclassroom workshops and virtual coaching sessions
