With all this change the one thing that is most important is leadership that is not only investing and living this change but embraces innovation and isn’t stuck in the ways of the past. In the real-time, data driven world we live in our executives, brands, celebrities and even politicians are realizing that they must be involved in the digital conversations or they won’t be heard at all.
