Law teaching being a clinical mode, calls for preparing the students to face and handle actual clients. Therefore, their academic curriculum has the components of theoretical classroom instructions, simulation and finally interaction with live clients. This presentation is an effort in that direction.

Organising refers to mainly the logistics

OBJECT

Negotiation exercises are helpful to teach the art of negotiation to opposing group of students. They are able to differentiate the ADR from trial court litigation process.

Supervising part involves the students in the driving seat while the faculty’s role is of a monitor.

1. The faculty has to oversee. 2. Provide inputs where needed. 3. Highlight good points and flaws.

The participants are given realistic case files and asked to resolve them in as economic and fair manner as possible.
