Example AnSow, a company that makes and sells

gunny bags, considers its process of making such bags as a trade secret. As any person skilled in the field can easily identify the process by looking at its construction site, AnSow builds a huge wall around it and restricts entry. Toda flies over the construction site and takes photographs.

AnSow sues Toda for misappropriation. Is Toda liable?
