Props for our film
Although our action genre requires a lot of props as we are not
developed media producers we have a low budget and we cannot spend
a lot on props to use so here are a few that we have chosen that
will fit our genre and the main concept of our short film and that
will add a spontaneous and realistic effect since we dont want it
to seem unrealistic and childish we really want it to appeal at our
target audience.
A prop that we will be using is a backpack. This will be used to
cover some of the costume because we will need to make our main
actor look like a school boy. The bag emphasises the fact that he
is still in school and additionally adds an effect of a young
boy.
Boxing gloves are an essential prop for our film production as
we must include fighting and action scenes so it adds the effect
that it is professional and realistic.
Another essential prop we will be using is a punching bag, much
like the boxing gloves it is used to practise fighting and it will
be exciting to have such professional props since it will appeal to
our target audience much more.
Another essential prop we will be using is fake blood. We will
be using this in parts of the film where the boy gets bullied to
show how serious it was.

serious image for the audience and they will know that the boy was
seriously hurt.
In general we will be using gym equipment as props because we
will need to add the boxing and training part in our short
film.
A mobile phone is important because it will be used for
communication purposes.
A watch is what students wear to school it builds a realistic
image but also it will be useful during the film for time checking
and close ups on to show the time change throughout.
Medals and trophies are going to be used as our props in the
background to indicate that the boxer is very skilled.
