Patent litigation trends for the month of July 2014 show that 413 patent lawsuits were filed, which is almost 10% higher than the previous month. Also, the number of lawsuits in July 2014 is ~17% lower as compared to the lawsuits filed in July 2013. Texas Eastern District Court remains at second position in top courts for patent lawsuit filing for second month, with Delaware District Court leading the way. For complete Newsletter.
