Direct Residency - Green card: USA Investment of $1 million in a NEW business and create 10

NRIs: UK Must make an investment of £1 million in UK

government bonds for 5 years and if you have assets of £2 million and more, you can obtain a loan from a UK bank and cost will be approx. £170,00 to £220,000.

Bulgaria Must have net assets of €1.1 million and make an

investment of €570,000 in government bonds. 100 % financing available and cost/interest to pay for financing is approx. €170,000. Country is a EU member – entry to Europe and easy access to European markets.



NRIs: Switzerland Private residency and pay annual tax of CHF 150,000

per year. Depends on canton of residency. Cyprus Purchase a property in Cyprus, become eligible to
