People are more concerned now about privacy than they were and more aware of Privacy Laws than ever before. The percentage of people concerned about privacy has risen by 10% in line with the increase in awareness of Privacy Laws. What can you do to avoid being investigated by the Privacy Commissioner? Have a Consent Statement for you customers/clients to sign; Have an Information Statement available for your customers/clients; Have a Privacy Policy for you staff to follow and available for you customers/clients.
